Name, mobile phone number, email address (if provided), vehicle information, parking transaction information, digital claim ticket information, payment information processed by third-party processors, and basic device and usage information.
How We Use Information
To operate the UNI Valet platform, provide parking services, send transactional notifications, process payments, improve services, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and comply with legal requirements.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number during valet check-in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages regarding your active parking session, including check-in confirmations, retrieval confirmations, vehicle ready notifications, check-out confirmations, digital receipts, and service-related notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except vendors necessary to provide the messaging service.

Information is shared only with participating parking operators, trusted service providers needed to operate the platform, or when required by law. UNI Valet does not sell personal information.
