1. Acceptance
By using UNI Valet or providing your information during a valet parking transaction, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. About UNI Valet
UNI Valet is a cloud-based valet parking management platform used by participating parking facilities and valet operators to manage parking transactions, vehicle retrieval, payments, and customer communications.
3. SMS Consent
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number during valet check-in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages regarding your active parking session. These messages may include vehicle check-in confirmations, retrieval confirmations, vehicle ready notifications, payment receipts, and other service-related updates. Message frequency varies based on your parking activity. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Opting out will prevent future transactional SMS messages, although it may limit your ability to receive parking status updates.
5. Privacy
Your use of UNI Valet is also governed by the UNI Valet Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except vendors required to provide the messaging service.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, including your mobile phone number and vehicle information where applicable.
7. Service Availability
UNI Valet uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or SMS delivery, which may depend on third-party wireless carriers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNI Valet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or SMS notifications.
9. Changes
UNI Valet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
